Previous company not settling my FnF dues, HR not answering calls

Hi, I used to work in a company till the 7th Dec 2016 and the comapny has not yet settled the FnF. They mailed me that FnF statement on the 23th Jan but the payment is till pending. Also, the HR has stopped answering any calls and also has stopped responding to mails. Please advce on what Legal action can be taken against the same
