On the spot termination given by the company so what the right for emp

For the late coming in office so HR gives 3 show cause notice and apologies and continue come on time but 17/04/2024 the HR gives mail me on termination.so kindly suggest which type of right to give compensation from the company and what the legal action doing on this case.

First I should know your post in the company because if you come under the definition of workman under INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE ACT then your case lies in labour Court otherwise it will lie in Civil court . but you can definitely claim back wages , compensation and damages for mental agony

You can avail the legal remedies and initiate a legal notice through an Advocate seeking compensation for the illegal termination and your legitimate full and final dues. In case they dont comply with legal notice you can file a A suit for Illegal termination and recovery of your legitimate dues

a case can be made against the company and you are also eligible to get compensation for being terminated without being given any valid reasons.
notice to be given first to the company and then accordingly legal action to be taken
