Notice money not given what to do

hello sir, My company in noida illegally terminated me from project manager post and did not pay me notice period amount,can i go for windup action against them they are not replying to mails and i want my money.I want them to go through the reputation loss Regards, Mohit
Winding up petition before the court can be brought up only when there is a proven due in between two parties in terms of their business.
Yours is not that case and you should rather file a case of recovery and proper relieving and documentation thereto. Send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the employment agreement. If they fails to respond to the notice then you can drag them before the competent court of jurisdiction.

Hi Mohit , will glad to help you. You have to send them a notice for a period of 30 days and if they don't respond file a suit for recovery of money before the district court of appropriate jurisdiction.
