Not receiving Incentives with salary

Have they withheld your salary or the incentives? Have you reported this issue to the HR of your company? Have you sent reminders in writing? What does your employment contract say about incentives? Is there a clause which says that salary incentives would depend on your targets and are entirely at the discretion of the management? Have you spoken to your Director or Seniors? In case you still don't get a response then you could report this to the labour commissioner in your area. But be prepared to switch jobs soon.
