Non payment of fnf by company what are my legal rights

I worked with an organisation and they stopped my services without any notice and also didnt pay me for 2 months. I have all the documents. May I knw what can be done in this regard
DEAR U HAVE NOT MENTIONED THE CATEGORY WHEATHER U ARE WORKER OR WHITE COLLAR EMPLOYEE. FOR WORKMAN U CAN APPROACH DIRECTLY TO THE LABOUR DEPTT AND FILE THE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE EMPLOYER FOR TERMINATION WITHOUT THE NOTICE. IN CASE U ARE NOT WORKMAN THAN PLS. CHECK YOUR EMPLOYMENT LETTER AND TERMS FOR THE TERMINATION...

You did not disclose in your query as to how much money is outstanding from your side t the company. Unpaid salary to the employee by the company is a debt as per the latest judgment of various courts. Termination of services without notice is also wrong as per the provisions of the Industrial Dispute Act 1947. However I would be able to give you proper advice only after going through your case.
