Non payment of due salary and increment what can be done

I was working in this company from 1st Oct 2014 to 13th Oct, 2016. The company has not paid me salary from 1st Apr, 2016 to 13 Oct 2016 (6 Month). I was constantly asking company to release my salary they would reply that we will give you in next week & postpone it again & again. They said they will provide me 15 % Increment from April, 2016 even that has not be given to me. My Salary is Rs. 23690 (Rs/Month). Due to nonpayment of salary & no fund with me to go to office or handle my family. I resigned as on 13th Oct, 2016 without giving notice period. Now he is not releasing my pending salary, Increment & Relieving documents. As a result i am not able to get job from 6 months
You can initiate legal notice against your employer for withholding your salary and not settling your dues. You can also approach the concerned police station on this issue or file written complaint in the police station for their further action. Also, you can file a recovery suit claiming the salary, arrears and the compensation.
