Non-payment by previous company

I have been relieved from my previous organization on 31st January,2017. But till date I have not received my full & final settlement. They have been paying part payment now and then also they are not committing any time frame for settlement of my wages, bonus, gratuity etc. Please advise if I can approach local labor office for settlement or should I approach a labor law lawyer for quick settlement. Please advise
You can send your ex-employer a legal notice demanding full and final settlement. If your ex-employer denies/ignores to comply to the same then you can approach the jurisdictional civil court and file a recovery suit for that purpose.
