main jharkhand sarkar mein contract basis mein 1 mahina tak work kiya.1 mahina bad main 44 din ka leave application dekar main bahar jaruri kaam se chala gaya.44 din baad jab main duty join karne gaya to mere senior officer kahte hain tumhari nokri khatam ho gai.mujhe kisi prakar ka koi notice v nahi diya gaya. main kya karu.mujhe 1 mahina ka payment v nahi diya gaya hai.
Aap ko bina notice ke hataya jaa sakta hai kyunki aap contractual basis pe kaam kar rae hain aur chutti lena service code ke hisab se aapka adhikar nahi hain
Payment ke lie aap ek application dalie aur unka jawab mangie. Jawab nai dene pe aur aapka payment nahi dene pe aap court jaa sakte hain.
