Letter of Termination Due to Redundancy

Dear Nitin,
We regret to tell you that your job with BayOne Techno Advisors will end due to redundancy on 12 February 2024. The decision to eliminate your position was based on the company’s current and future requirements. It is unrelated to how successfully you performed your duties or how you conducted yourself in any way.
Before my termination company already hired 2 person.
I have an ongoing issue with sr most person of the company on the ground of mentally harassment.
Can I file a suit.
If your termination is contrary to the terms and conditions of your employment then we can definitely file a suit challenging the termination and claiming damages for harassment. Feel free to contact.
