Q: Letter of Termination Due to Redundancy

Dear Nitin,We regret to tell you that your job with BayOne Techno Advisors will end due to redundancy on 12 February 2024. The decision to eliminate your position was based on the company’s current and future requirements. It is unrelated to how successfully you performed your duties or how you conducted yourself in any way. Before my termination company already hired 2 person. I have an ongoing issue with sr most person of the company on the ground of mentally harassment.Can I file a suit.

Yes, first we need to send a legal notice to the company by challenging the said termination and we will be seeking the outstanding salary which is due and payable to you however, if they fail to redress our grievances then we can file the suit

Q: bank is issuing 13(4) notice. court stay on it

my account has gone NPA and having outstanding amount of 51 lacs. Bank is issuing mei 13(4) notice in coming days. I am looking for stay on it and want to go for OTS settlement. but bank is not interested in OTS as property value is around 1 cr and whereas my outstanding amount is 51 lacs. pl suggest how can i get stay on this and get my OTS

Q: Misspelling of father in all documents but same .

It is advisable to first get the name rectified in records and to do so we would have to serve a representation to concerned board or if they fail to rectify the name then we can approach the concerned high court for change of name

Q: DEMAND NOTICE & INVOCATION OF ARBITRATION ON BEHALF OF SBI CARD

Hi.. I have received this notice from the areness. However, I have ‘emailed sbi credit card team regarding settlement of my dues as I am unable to pay the full payment. I am not in india since September and will be back after 3 years, before I left india I emailed them to settle my account. I have mentioned I am reachable through WhatsApp calls and emails. No one lives on the addresses they have already visited. They called my mother and abused her but not answering me to settle my account.

In such scenario, we should send them a reply to the legal notice in order to bring forth our defence. If any need be we shall also defend the case in case the same is filed by them. It will be vital to highlight our version otherwise arbitration will be invoked by them

Q: Cheque Bounced By One of known person, I already paid the amount.

I have one issue that Before 1-2 years I have received a sum of Rs. 1080000 by one of my known and given cheques in my and my sister's name. I have given him Rs. 850K by selling my shop.For rest amount taken 2 months time.In july, I had given Rs. 1 lakh+Sep. 1 lakh paid. In sept. when I gone to rest amount Rs. 30K. he demanded Intt. For whole amount, I already paid. I denied for that. He refused for taking rs. 30K and not returned the cheques. And now he bounced check and send me court summon.

We should immediately appear before the court and apprise the court about filing of a frivolous case against you. Simultaneously, we should also file a complaint against him for using your cheques unlawfully for defending our case better
