Send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the employment agreement which you have with yourself and your previous organization. If they fails to respond to the notice or do not make any proper response thereto then you can drag them before the competent court of jurisdiction.

If your employer has not paid your salary for 3 months you can serve a legal notice against them. If no consensus is reached between you and your employer you can then proceed to file a case against your employer for non payment of salary and for harassment.
