If your salary slip confirms the deduction of gratuity and other emoulment then it is mandatory for the company to pay you the same.
If they never provided with you with any salary slip but you know that you were the permanent employee of that company then you must get all the emoulment.
If they are refusing to do so then you should better send them a legal notice asking about the same and if they still do not oblige then drag them before the competent court of jurisdiction.
In all possible circumstances you are entitled to get all the emoulment if you were the permanent employee of that company and the total strength of that company was more than 10 (number of employees).
