Is there any provision of extra payment on working govt holiday in a private institution ?
in this case you need to look upon the terms of agreement which you signed during taking job. you will have to abide by the terms of agreement of the employment. if it mentions that amount is to be paid for working in the govt, holidays then you have all the rights to recover the amount.
