Is there a law where a person can be transferred to hilly area

Is there any legal judgment that a person can be transferred to a hilly area only after an enhancement of salary.
No, salary enhancements and diminutions are not meant to affect translocation of the employee nor legal provisions allow for so. Enhancement of allowances may follow a transfer to a hilly region. A closer analysis of service status and condition is required for proper clarification.

Transfer in job is nothing to related with the increment or other factor. With the appointment the transfer of the employee as needed by the Company will be applicable. This is a general rule, the only exception is that during the interview the employee should have negotiated that he/she will never be transferred during the lifetime of this job and the same clause has been incorporated in the appointment letter as well!
