Is minimum wages applicable on part time workers of govt, dept.

Sir, any rate of wages DRW / Part Time Worker of finance department govt. of Tripura is applicable for vendor / contractor providing manpower. Just i want to know rate is applicable or not
Govt Rates are applicable for muster roll, casual and temporary workers whose payments​ are made by govt departments​ directly.They are eligible for rates of wages applicable for respective categories of such workers.However,if a contractor is involved, rates of wages shall be guided by the contractual obligations of the contractor but such rate should not be less than the minimum wages prescribed for the shop & establishment​ workers.You may contact Directorate of Minimum Wages Government of Tripura.
