Is it mandatory to serve full notice period of 3 months .. even if notice period buyout option is there..
Hi, if notice period buyout option is available and employer is willing to relieve with shortfall of notice, then you can exercise buyout option. If employer insists to server full norice, then to have healthy exit suggest complete the notice period.
