Investment done with person for high return assurance

I need help to get back my investment and interest recovery from person who promise to invest money in share market and give high returns with interest.
If you have been deceived by the person by giving false promises then you may very well file a complaint against him for cheating before the police station. If police doesn't take action then you may approach court for criminal prosecution. As for recovery of money, you'll have to file a recovery suit.
