I have 2 certificates of same class, can that be a problem ?

You can give an undertaking that you have stopped using the name and certificate obtained at the time of 8th class from first one and now use the second one only throughout for all the purposes.
It could have created a problem had you would have been using both the certificates at same point of time. But since you have stopped using the first one altogether after obtaining the second one and is still doing so you don't fall in to any problems.
