Humiliation, termination and non payment

09-Jan-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
It is all happening after a very small incident. It was 29th Nov. 2019. I was sitting outside our office during lunch time. I was talking over phone. Our Sr. V.P. Mr. Subhash Saraswat passed by observing me. After few minutes he came back and started shouting “ who is this girl how can she talk over the phone so long”. Then our plant head Mr. Neeraj Gupta and Manufacturing Head Mr. Sushil Sriwastva came there. They told him that she's Manisha from HRD. I also went to them and told them politely that it was lunch time and I made one call only also I do not use phone for personal at office hours. Bur Mr. Subhash didn’t listen and ask Mr. Neeraj to check my phone. Then suddenly Mr. Neeraj took/ snatched my phone from my hand and started checking it. He told Mr. Subhash that the last call was only for 7 minutes, and it was the first call made by me since morning. I felt so humiliated and tried to make a complaint to Corp. HR. Then he decided to terminate me and not paid one month salary

hello you can demand your unpaid salary and also all the legal dues by sending legal notice to your employer and for the humiliation you can file a criminal complaint to the police for abusing and forcefully snatching mobile
