How to resign from company if I don't want to serve the notice period

please suggest me how leave the compny without complete the notice period
pay the salary equivalent to the Notice period or adjust all pending leaves against the notice period.

1. If you signed an labour or employee bond you cannot terminate your services without serving notice period;
2. It is better that you have a genuine reason to not attend notice period example- medical emergency etc;
3. Obtain a valid medical or other certificate to prove that you need to leave.
