How to recover salary deducted unfairly by company

27-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I WORKED MUM BASED SECURITIES (SHARE MARKET) IN CHENNAI. I WORKED 20 DAYS AGAINST THE NOTICE PERIOD OF 30 DAYS. MY RESIGNATION DATE WAS POSTPONED BECAUSE OF MY REPORTING MANAGERS POSTPONEMENT. HR ALSO DID NOT SAY ABOUT THE DEDUCTION IN MY TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION. MY TEN DAYS SALARY WAS DETUCTED. HR TOLD THAT AS PER HR POLICY THE SALARY WILL BE DEDUCTED IF A EMPLOYEE DOES NOT WORK AS PER THE NOTICE PERIOD. BUT IN MY CASE, MY RESIGNATION DATE WAS POSTPONED DUE TO THE POSTPONEMENT OF MEETING WITH MY STATE HEAD. THEY DONT GIVE ANY ANSWERS FOR THAT. KINDLY GIVE ME THE SOLUTION. THE VALUE OF 10 DAYS SALARY IS AROUND 4500.

The initial step for recovery of your pending money is to send a legal notice to the company.

In the legal notice we provide a stipulated time to return the money failing to do so, you would require to file a civil suit for recovery in the concerned civil court. Please note that you will have to pay the corresponding court fee as per the amount of recovery to file the recovery suit.
No, there is no time limit for you to ask for your salary.
