How to file a case of Mental harassment

I want to file a complaint against my MD of goyal motors pvt ltd i m working as a customer care executive from past one years and now they have appointed me as lobby hostess for few days till the time they don't have someone and i am very sad about that its not up to my standard i can't serve tea and coffee i am not suppose to do such job so please help me how do i file a legal case against them
You can file a complaint to the management of the company as you cannot be made to work against your contract, which must specify your designation. Or if you actually wish to proceed with a criminal case, file an F.I.R against the MD for harassment
