how can i recover my money from the company?

i was working in a BPO. during a call i used the word PAGAL to a person. because of that i was fired and even beaten up by the company people. they said that i can collect my balance amount of Rs11000/- after 5 days. but it has been 2 months still i have not received the amount. in this case what can i do?
You can file a case in the concerned office of the labour commissioner. They will first try to reconcile the matter. In case of failure, your case shall be referred to the labour court.
