I got secect gsrtc driver job but problem is pvc certificate not clear one case pending in court ipc 323 and that's problem to how can a fast my case in court please suggest me please help me thanks my case tipe criminal case registration number 2038/2017 CNR Number GJPB02-002499-2017
you need to filed petition in high court as criminal case is pending for trail before Ld. Trail Court, and trail is yet not commenced and you are selected for driver in GSRTC, so you need to submit police clearance certificate, for that remedy is to file petition under arti. 226 of Constitution.
