OUR 11 guntha agriculture land at vapi village. there was one builders land around the land our land situated in center.my question is may i got the road for my land for agriculture and non agriculture purpose?what happens in village roadside land was purchased by builder and rest of the land they want to purchase on low rate due to the reason of no road connectivity. is there any legal law for getting road connective to other. reply plz

they can not hindrance or create any obstruction of your path way or access the way, if you land is agricultural land then you filed application under mamlatdar court act or you file civil suit for obstruction and hindrance of your path way,

plz clarify whether you need anticipatory bail or regular bail, as section 332 of Indian Penal Code is punishment prescribed 3 years and traible by Ld. Magistrate Court and 333 of IPC is traible by Ld. Sessions Court so u need to filed application before first sessions court.

you need to filed petition in high court as criminal case is pending for trail before Ld. Trail Court, and trail is yet not commenced and you are selected for driver in GSRTC, so you need to submit police clearance certificate, for that remedy is to file petition under arti. 226 of Constitution.

if she is working in government of Gujarat or undertaking by Gujarat Government, then as per the government resolution and Department Inquiry Manual Anonymous Complain and Pseudonymous Complain are disposed off, if no substance and if such complain is just to harass the public servant then as per Government Resolution Dated- 17-04-1964 and Home Department GR Dated-07-02-1967 and 25-03-1968 such unnamed and frivolous complain is to be filed, and no need for further action.
Q: Rights of married daughter on father's self acquired property.
Father has deceased without will. Followed by mother, who also died after some time. Mother leaves a will that the property which is self aquired by father be divided among two sons and none else. However there is a clause that if they two fight, the property be divided among another three married daughters. If the sons do not fight, what share do they get? What is the legal way out to get half share for each son? Do daughters have equal share in his case or not? Please clarify and help with detailed answer. Awaiting a response.

yes in self acquire property of the father, daughter have right as per sec.8 after death of male intestate, his property will devolve to their heirs specified in class-1, of the scheduled of Hindu Succession Act and as per new provision of Succession Act daughter where equal share in father's property.
