Govt. Job future after quashing F.I.R U/s 498a,406 , 353 and Domestic

Dear sir, Due to matrimonial discord between my cousin brother(Bua's son) and his wife, i was arrayed in a F.I.R u/s 498a, 406, 354 and an Domestic Violence case also. My name was at Sr. NO. 10 in accused list. Lateron, they both settled their dispute amicably and based on this they got MCD. Subsequently, F.IR and DV case were also quashed. Chargesheet was not filed till that time. I have never been arrested, detained, fined, convicetd and neither there was any need for any type of Bail for me. Allegations against me were such as i called my cousin brother on phone and asked him to beat the complaint for dowry(which are false ). I also came to know later on after the quashing of FIR that my name was not included by IO in challan submitted . My question is am i eligible for joining government jo. Recently i have qualified indian railways exam in group D. I am Hindu by religion.
