Giving less wage and forced termination, what can I do?

11-Jan-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My dad (ex-serviceman) ,joined(MINISTRY OF SHIPPING) few years back on contract and which was renewed every 6 months. Six month back the entire contract is given to another firm. It was said that new firm will be giving employment letter to him which it did not do so. The new firm is paying less wages to all of its employees than what was mentioned in tender. Upon raising his voice, he his now asked to leave without any valid reason. The director has instructed Security personal to not allow him in the premises.

The work he has received is on contract basis. He can file a Writ Petition in the Court seeking relief against wrongful removal from work. However, the Supreme Court is clear on the workers employed under contract basis and allows no job protection. Still he can get temporary relief if he applies to the High Court.
