Can a company deduct money from his employees at full and final if any dealer is not giving the payment of goods purchased from the company?
No the said company or employer can not do the same. Also, if your employer has done the same then you can send him a legal notice for payment of the said deductions and if he ignores/denies to comply with the said terms mentioned in the legal notice then you can file a civil recovery suit in the jurisdictional civil court.
