Dear sir i have left my previous company after serving for 11 years, but i have not served the notice period. Kindly advice me for my claim of full and final settlement ie (gratuity, salary, pf signature etc).

U have not cleared why u have not followed the notice period time?.read your appointment letter.what is in such condition .u will have to surrender your sallary of your notice period.how ever u can claim your all benefit
