Forcefully termination of services by company what action can be taken

Hello all, I am writing this on behalf of my mom. She used to work at a private hospital in Jaipur since 1993 but due to certain circumstances office administration constantly forced my mom to resigned although she refused to do so. But later on due to some very minor mistake she was forced by the admins to sign on the resignation papper. I wish to know how can I seek legal advice on this matter as we were very young at that time so we couldn't help but now we are mature enough to understand things. Please guide me.
