Dear sir im have pending case from 2015 and i granted bail . but still case not clear chargesheet not cleared , i want close this case so i can take my passport and PCC
IPC code 147,148,149,323,353 made by police in chargesheet
pls guide me what is option for me
It may impact you adversely if criminal cases are pending against you while issuing passport for you. Further if there is inordinate delay in your case you could file quashing of FIR under 482 of CrPC. Further details needs to be known for proper advise
