Employer terminating from company illegally on being medically unfit

I have send resignation due to medical reason with supporting medical certificate.But i am under probation period now,i have signed a cash bond of rs 1 lakh and given my certificate for security.But employer is not accepting my resignation and going to submit my cash cheque bond and trying to terminate me from company.Could you please help me regarding this
It is question to be decided by the Employer whether the resignation to be accepted based on the medical certificate, dispensing with the Notice period. However, the amount of bond cannot be recovered unilaterally. the Employer is in the wrong in keeping the cheque(?) as well the certificates as security.
