Employer not giving salary from past 7 month and terminating illegally

I am a Teacher under probation & I completed my probation in March 2018. My employer has not paid me the salaries for the past 7 months... I am sending continuously letter to him on this issue but he is ignoring me . Therefore I sent a letter by register post which was ALso refused. Now he has decided to terminate me from the service without paying me. Please advise.
If you have appointment letter and have evidence that you are not getting salary for 7 months, first you have to give written complaint to the DEO, RJD of Schools and District Collector stating all facts with documentary evidence for justice. They will do.
