Q: What to do in case the company to do provide service

my sister purchased ac in 2016 ,she gifted me at that time I am using now ,i taken extended warranty period of 2 year's, last year I have facing issue with ac,when I wen to extend ed warranty they don't provide so I move to consume Court,they are saying your are the not right person to provide the services of extended warranty,so please tell me what to do now it's in hearing

your sister has to excute gift deed in favour of you. At the time of extend warranty you have to show your gift deed to your authorised delear. they will change from orginal buyer name to your name then only warranty is applicable to you. you do not have any locus standi in the consumer forum as you are not a original buyer. you admitted in your possion AC got problems. your case is very weak in the forum

Q: What is the share of granddaughter in ancestral property

Hi my grandfather has given a share of 5 acres land as a partition to my father ( among of four sons ). I dont think there is any legal paper for the share transfer. Now my point is My father has sold the above property in 2007 ( I was aged 21 years that time) with out my notice and he died in 2008. Now recently i got to know about the property has been sold out. Can i claim the property now?? How much rights do i have on it?? Please suggest me with best option to suit a file. Me and My sister are the only heirs of my father, Even she not aware of it. I dont have any documents related to land except survey number ( which i got to know recently )

once partition was done by your grand father, it does not come under ancestral property. Your father has right to sell even without your notice also. Without documents how can you claim that the property belonging to your father?

Q: Voilence and offense made by a passenger on the bus conductor

A lady passenger hit me with slipper without any wrong while iam doing duty in bus.she scolded very bad words infront of all passengers.then all of them warned her for doing this and tried to take her to a nearby policd station but she apologized and went away.how can i get justice

you can file a police complaint for assult and also you can give your superior authority for obstruction of your duties in the bus, for misbehaving and for assult. you have to lodge your complaint with evidence

Sir, .i failed to stop a child marriage. I have all proofs but so many higher authority peoples are involved to done that marriage. So I want to complain against that issue so please help me

first you have to give complaint to the police if they do not any action you can file a private complaint in the court. you are saying you have all proofs and you have to prove when court ask you to prove

your friend's mother gave you cheque and the account is on her name. Your friend is not concerned to the cheque. you can file cheque bounce case not on your friend, you have to file on your friend's mother. His mother is liable not your friend
