Employer did not sanction the leave also deducted salary, advise

Wb govt allow ccleave for female school teache , emplyee apply for 15 days ccl for her child serious illness of little child but authority did not sanction leave . but autority did not any socuse and any intimation salary deductionof 15 days

f such a provision was not in the written contract then it cannot be given effect to and it would be illegal for your company to deduct the salary for twice the time period of absence. If your company still deducts the unwarranted amount then you could take the matter to the Forum as provided by the contract or to the appropriate Court of Law under the relevant statute.
