Employer asked to sign bond and probation contract together

02-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I joined my current company in september. I have been given two contracts one which says that i am on probation for 6 months and during probation either party can leave with 15 days of notice. While there is a different contract that i have also been asked to sign which states that i have bond of 3 year service commitment and if i leave before that then i will have to pay 100000 rupees. Can both these hold true at same time when i am on probation.

According to your wordings it seems that these two contracts are antithesis to each other. Both cannot survive together. Confirm from your employer whether the tenure of 6 months of probation is calculated within 3 years service commitment. In my opinion 6 months probation should not be calculated.
