Complaint against an illegal termination without termination letter

I applied for resignation from a private company on 11th of september. company hr accepted it and mailed me that my last working day is 10th of october. And now They are telling me that I am terminated from the job and I will not get any experience letter, last month sallary and pf. so I want to file complain against this illegal termination. please tell me my side is right or wrong.
Your employment in a private company is governed by your employment contract, if your termination was not justified then your employment cannot be reinstated but you can claim for compensation and approach the labour commission as well
