Company refusing to give visa approval after completing my assignment

21-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My husband stays in Germany. My manager from my company asked me to work from Italy for a while and told me that they will move me to Germany after the project. They also raised my work permit and now they are refusing to stamp my VISA saying no projects. I have been waiting to join my spouse from 1.5 years and after wasting my time for so long, my manager is creating situations where I am forced to resign. I have undergone lots of mental pressure and time loss due to this. All the while in Italy my manager has stopped my promotion though I have excellent job track record. What should I do?

Hi, this is a common problem of private companies which take the efforts of employees granted for the growth of the organization and do not take care of the employees who toil their half of life to the company. But if company says they do not have projects in Germany, then you cannot compel or force them legally to assign you a project there. Its better you resign and move to another company who have opportunities for you in Germany.
