Can PSU deny benefit to deceased employees?

05-Jan-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

577 employee has filed petition in court & Gujarat High court has given judgement in favour of employees & ordered to corporation to treat all 577 employees as regular employees w.e.f 24.01.2005 & pay them regular pay & allowance from 01.04.2013. Notional benefit to given from 24.01.2005 to 31.03.2013. My query is eight employees were expired out of 577 employees before 01.04.2013, hence Employer (PSU) denying to give any benefit to nominees of deceased employees. PSU can deny benefit to deceased employees? court has regularized all 577 employees w.e.f 24.01.2005.

They can claim the benefits of the back wages which they worked for.
And other than thar I have to go through the prayer and the judgement given by the Hon' ble court. You can file contempt petition if they have not properly complied with the order given by the Hon'Ble court
