Can a company terminate without giving any specific reason

13-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I joined a company on 19th Feb 2018 and company issued me an offer letter, which mentioned a bond of 1 year and no joining letter is provided. I have been laid off from the company now without any major reason. Actually, I was managing a project for the company and It is a big deal which will make the great profits for the company. They are now kicking me off after using me. What legal action can I take?

This is my response to you:
1. You can easily send them a legal notice;
2. Since the company executed a one year bond, they have failed in their responsibility;
3. Also, it is not correct to work for them if they do not provide you an offer letter;
4. Plus removal without any reason is itself illegal;
5. You must first send them a legal notice;
6. If they do not respond then complain before the labour commissioner;
7. Ask them to pay you compensation for releasing you without notice pay.

As per your query
you joined a company on 19th Feb 2018 and company issued you an offer letter, which mentioned a bond of 1 year and no joining letter is provided. They are now kicking you off after using you.
In this situatin you can ask company in writing the reason.
If company not satisfied with your work performance than you hav to lose the job.
Go through the 1 year bond and check the company norms.
