I worked in a organisation for 2 weeks but I signed for an agreement of 5lakhs. for 3 years..I want to leave the company...Can I leave without paying the amount

You can leave the organisation any time before the completion of probation period without paying any bond amount.
In general , any bond/guarantee for continuation of employment is null and void in eyes of law and they have no legal sanctity.
