After 6 years of service am I eligible for bonus after termination

I joined a Pvt Ltd Company as a Materials Manager in January 2012 and resigned in September 2015. My Last Drawn Salary was Rs. 36,500.00. But at the time of Full & Final Payment company refused to pay Bonus. Am I eligible for Bonus ? Can I get the Bonus ? On the same month one employee was terminated after 6 years of working. He was also refused to get Bonus. What should we do ?
