Absorption of candidates of class III in LIC according to CGIT Award

I worked in LIC as a Aissistant typist in the year 1989- 90, more than 85 days I have all required certificate which LIC asked for absorption and I also submitted my BIODATA before 21.8.2015. Still LIC ORGANISATION not absorbing me eventhough the Supreme Court gave order for the same. Please tell me What to do regarding this.

In the event of your employer still not listening to your request, say that you may approach the Supreme Court for contempt of court order by filing a contempt petition. You can also seek compensation from your employer for not implementing the Order of the Supreme Court.

Go for contempt petition before the Supreme Court for violation of order. Under the Constitution, Contempt of Courts Act, and the Supreme Court rules, violation of Supreme Court's decision is punishable.
