The insurance company made changes in policy without any notice

Insurance company changed in a policy coverage in a fourth continious year of our policy but they didn't inform us beforehand about it. Now they rejecting our claim on the basis of these clauses. Can I file a case against them?

Dear LawRato team,

Insurance Company has no right to made changes in policy without given further Notice to Life Proposer. Meanwhile as per the terms and conditions of concerned plan which was choose by life proposer from Insurance Company is also play very important role. Furthermore, Insurance Company always working according to the IRDA Guidelines and Insurance Act.
