What to Reply to Insurance Company Lawyer, Where he is asking PH to desist to defame company reputation from tweeter handle and also asking the cost of notice from PH? Note-PH only complaining about its agent,who is indulged in fraud and thereafter company stated agent is no more associated.
An agent is just a marketing post where as he can only help in giving service to the customer , where policy purchased is the real document . An agent can misrepresent but a insurance contract cannot as it is written contract between PH and company.
Buyer must be aware of all the contracts he purchase from Insurance Company. If you have the Agent contact no you can make its recruitment form from the company and ask for clarification.
