I received Policy on 29.06.2017 from Bharti Axa Life . I found some main mistakes such as my DOB and Nominee details, so I given again supportings for change of their mistakes in my policy Till date I am not received my Original REVISED Policy and also they misguided that I can change the payment from auto pay to normal method. I want to cancel the policy and requested for refund. Now they are making me continue the policy because 15 days over(count from date of received the original policy with mistakes) Now I don't want to continue and want to claim refund of my paid amount at the time of application for policy. Please arrange to get my paid amount

You can send him a legal notice and state your demands and concerns. If he does not comply with your demands then you can file a recovery suit against him under order 32 of the civil procedure code in the court of civil jurisdiction. You can also file a complaint in the consumer forum.
