I need advice on obtaining a Tazkira (Afghanistan ID) to prove my relationship for a visa application. My grandfather is from Afghanistan, and I plan to acquire the Tazkira through relatives there. Could this have any legal consequences for my Indian citizenship or under Afghan law?
Being an Indian Citizen, you cannot obtain a Tazkira (Afghanistan ID). You have to leave your Indian Citizenship to procure Citizenship of Afghanistan by procuring a Talkira. Dual Citizenship is not allowed in India.
