Hi, my name is Rohit kunwar, I was born and brought up here in Mumbai, my dad actually came here in India from Nepal in 1976 than after he never looked back and settled here, so as I'm applying for passport they are asking me for my dad's birth certificate and leaving which my dad doesn't have it, neither my mom has, but they have aadhar card pan card ration card voter I'd card he owns a house here as well, and I have everything with me my school leaving my birthday my aadhar pan everything
Well, your Father's Status in India today is of Illegal Migrant. And, as such, an illegal migrant is excluded from the acquisition of citizenship through birth, registration, or naturalization. There is no program to grant citizenship to illegal migrants or their children. The children of illegal migrants cannot acquire citizenship by birth if they were born on or after December 3, 2004.
