I am already on L1B Visa working abroad.
Criminal court case is pending of sexual assault.
1. Will it affect my visa.
2. Can my USA employer terminate me on this ground
If you get convicted, then surely, your Employer will terminate you. If you won't and get a clean chit, then, your Employer won't terminate you. But, there are also high chances, that even, if your Employer gets little hint, that, an ongoing Sexual Assault Case is going against you, then, on the basis of mere allegations too, your Employer can terminate you & it will affect your chances of getting future Work Visa.
