Dependent visa for my child aged 14 years

I am an divorcee Indian citizen having b2 visa. What is the procedure to apply for H1B visa in for my child aged 14 once i get married to.an h4 visa holder currently in USA. I dont want 2 persue H4 visa as my green card application is in process and would be due for approval next year(filed by my brother in 2008)

I think, you have messed up your question since you are confused between the types of US Visas & objectives with which they are issued, so first let me clear that doubt of your's & based on that, you can seek personal consultant for your Legal-Query -

1. B2 Visa is a tourist visa.

2. An H-4 visa is a visa issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to immediate family members of the H-1B visa holders. USCIS allows immediate family members of H visa holders to get H-4 visas to lawfully come and stay in the US. These visas are usually issued at the local US consulate office abroad.
